Terms of Service for Artists
Effective Date: November 29, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation as an Artist (“Artist”) on Masters by IPPAWARDS, operated by IPPAWARDS (“IPPAWARDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying, submitting artwork, or using the artist portal at https://masters.ippawards.com/my-account/, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility and Artist Registration
Eligibility to join Masters by IPPAWARDS begins with having participated in the IPPAWARDS. If you’ve submitted your work to the competition, you’ve already met the first requirement. To become a selling Artist on the platform, you must be at least 18 years old, create a free account, and undergo a brief review by the IPPAWARDS team. Each application is considered with care, and approval is based on the overall fit for our curated collection and the quality of work shared through IPPAWARDS. Approval is at the sole discretion of IPPAWARDS. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your acceptance and access to the Artist Dashboard, where you can begin submitting your photography for consideration.
Artwork Submission and Approval
Artists may upload only original works for which they hold full copyright and necessary rights. Submitted artwork must meet IPPAWARDS’ artistic, technical, and quality standards. IPPAWARDS reserves the right to decline, remove, or disable any artwork for any reason, including but not limited to: quality concerns, rights issues, misleading content, policy violations, or legal risk.
Print Production and Materials
All prints sold through Masters by IPPAWARDS are produced using professional-grade photographic printing processes to ensure accurate and high-quality reproductions. All works are printed Giclée fine art print on Enhanced Matt Art Paper (200 gsm).
Available sizes and options:
Printed area: 8.2″ × 10.9″. Final print size: 16″ × 20″. Overall size (incl. frame): 17.25″ × 20.25″
Materials, finishes, or print vendors may be updated to maintain quality.
Pricing and Profit Share
Retail pricing is determined by IPPAWARDS. Artists receive 50% of the profit on each sale, where profit equals the final sale price minus production costs. Artist earnings become available for payout once the minimum payout threshold is met. IPPAWARDS may update production cost structures or payout schedules but will not alter profit percentages retroactively for completed sales.
Copyright and Licensing
Artists retain full copyright to all submitted works. By submitting artwork, the Artist grants IPPAWARDS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
-

-
Use the artwork, the Artist’s name, and biography for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes
