Welcome to Masters by IPPAWARDS (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by IPPAWARDS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of masters.ippawards.com (the “Site”), our artist platform at masters.ippawards.com, and any related services, applications, or features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Customer Accounts
Customers may create a personal account to manage orders, track purchases, or save preferences.
By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Purchasing Fine Art Prints
Masters by IPPAWARDS offers fine art prints created by selected artists from the IPPAWARDS community.
All prints are:
• Giclée fine art print on Enhanced matt art paper (200 gsm).
• Made to order
• Fulfilled by IPPAWARDS or approved production partners
Artwork descriptions, sizing, and print specifications are presented as accurately as possible, though variations in color due to screen display may occur.
Intellectual Property
All artworks displayed on the Site are owned by their respective artists. Customers purchasing prints receive ownership of the physical print only, not the copyright, digital file, or reproduction rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify:
• Any artwork
• Descriptions
• Images
• Text
• Design elements
without written permission from IPPAWARDS or the respective copyright holder.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are applied as required by law.
If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
All prints are produced individually and shipped using trusted carriers.
Because each print is made to order, we accept returns only in cases of damage, defects, or production errors.
If an issue occurs:
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution
Returns due to preference changes, size selection, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its proper functioning. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Unauthorized account access
• Scraping or data extraction
• Reverse engineering
• Uploading malicious code
• Circumventing security features
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if use of the Services violates these Terms or poses risk to the platform, IPPAWARDS, artists, or customers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPPAWARDS and its affiliates, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPPAWARDS, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
