Shipping & Return Policy

Masters by IPPAWARDS creates each fine art print on demand with exceptional care. Because every artwork is produced individually for each customer, our policies are designed to balance clarity, fairness, and a positive collecting experience. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
All prints are crafted specifically for each order. Production generally requires five to ten business days. Once the artwork has been printed, inspected, and packaged, customers receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
In rare circumstances—such as special exhibitions or high-volume periods—production times may take slightly longer. Should delays arise, customers will be notified promptly.
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide using standard postal courier shipping method.
Orders within the UK and EU/EEA may be shipped by standard postage or courier services, while orders bound for the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international locations are typically shipped by express courier. All framed artworks are shipped via express courier for protection.
Delivery times vary by destination and do not account for customs processing. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International shipments may incur customs fees, VAT, import duties, or similar charges upon arrival. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Customs regulations differ by country.
Packaging
Each artwork is packaged with professional care to ensure safe transit.
Large prints are typically rolled in reinforced art tubes, while smaller pieces may be shipped flat. Framed works are packed in protective cartons designed to minimize impact during transport.
Return and Exchange Policy
Because each artwork is custom-made for every order, Masters by IPPAWARDS does not accept standard returns. However, we want customers to feel confident and supported when purchasing art.
If an artwork does not meet expectations for any reason—size, color, or overall suitability—customers may contact us within seven days of delivery to request assistance. In many cases, we can offer a one-time return for store credit equal to the value of the print (excluding shipping), provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.
If a print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify us within seven days of delivery with supporting photos. We will provide a free replacement, and if a replacement is not possible (for example, with sold-out limited editions), a full refund will be issued. Returning the damaged item is not required unless specifically requested.
Every situation is reviewed thoughtfully, and we aim to find fair, reasonable solutions for our collectors.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order within twenty-four hours of purchase, assuming production has not begun. Once printing is underway, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the artwork.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Masters by IPPAWARDS is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to addressing issues, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or tracking has not updated for an extended period, customers may contact us for assistance. All shipments are insured, and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
