Prints & Framing
What print sizes are available?
All prints sold through Masters by IPPAWARDS are produced using professional-grade photographic printing processes to ensure accurate and high-quality reproductions. All works are printed Giclée fine art print on Enhanced Matt Art (framed) or Hahnemühle Photo Rag (print only) paper.
Available sizes and options:
Printed area: Approx. 8.2″ × 10.9″. Final print size: 16″ × 20″. Overall size (incl. frame): 17.25″ × 20.25″
Materials, finishes, or print vendors may be updated to maintain quality.
What are the product details of the frames used?
Frames are milled from solid ash, hand-stained and finished with a specialist wax to accentuate the grain. The frame has a box profile measuring 20mm (front face) by 33mm (depth from wall). They are available in black, white, and natural. Delivered ready to hang.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are applied as required by law

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Because all works are made to order, changes may only be possible before production begins

What shipping methods are available?
We use trusted global carriers to deliver all fine-art prints and framed works. Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout based on your destination
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my package?
All works are made to order. Production and shipping times vary by print size and framing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and confirmed via email.
Return policy
Because each artwork is custom-made for every order, Masters by IPPAWARDS does not accept standard returns. However, we want customers to feel confident and supported when purchasing art.
If an artwork does not meet expectations for any reason—size, color, or overall suitability—customers may contact us within seven days of delivery to request assistance. In many cases, we can offer a one-time return for store credit equal to the value of the print (excluding shipping), provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.
If a print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify us within seven days of delivery with supporting photos. We will provide a free replacement, and if a replacement is not possible (for example, with sold-out limited editions), a full refund will be issued. Returning the damaged item is not required unless specifically requested.
